Slow cooker hot Spinach and Artichoke dip Christmas Recipe is a must have for every holiday party. It’s super easy to make and a crowd pleaser even with the pickiest of eaters.

Fresh French baguettes sliced are a great addition to this dip and can be dipped in it or spread with the delicious mixture.

This recipe calls for frozen spinach, Alfredo sauce, and of course a ton of delicious Swiss cheese.

Fresh artichokes can be used, but we prefer canned because of how convenient they are. Simply open the can, drain, and add to the slow cooker.
  • 1 Box of frozen spinach drained
  • 1 can of artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cups of Alfredo pasta sauce
  • 1/2 cup of mayo
  • 3/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 loaf of French baguette sliced
Swiss cheese
Swiss cheese layered on top and in the mixture helps to take this to the next level of deliciousness.

In your slow cooker combine all ingredients except the bread. Cook on low for 4 hours, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and gooey. Serve with sliced baguette.

Another great option is to add chopped up ham to this or serve with veggies instead of bread for a healthier option. There are so many ways to enjoy this treat. If you really want to take it to the next level spoon into an oven safe container when cooked, place Swiss cheese on top, and broil for a couple minutes for a thick layer of melted cheese on top.
