You might be wondering what the difference is between these two floorplans. Well, it all comes down to layout!

In the HD384 the main entry is located at the center of the home. So when you enter you enter near the kitchen. In the ACK384, however, you enter further down, near the living room. We see a lot of families enjoy the HD384 because kids can enter through the kitchen and bring their mess in with them without messing up carpet. Entering through the living room, however, does give the kids easier and quicker access to their bedrooms, as the bedrooms in both floorplans is located adjacent to the living room.

The other big difference in these floorplans is that in the HD384 the bedrooms are situated at the front of the home and in the ACK they’re located at the front. What you want will largely depend on where you plan to have your home placed. If you’ve got a large plot of land and privacy, bedrooms at the front of the house work great. But if you’re in a smaller area and need to create privacy, choosing a floorplan with rear situated bedrooms is probably better.
