Home ownership is easily well within reach to anyone looking for the home of their dreams at Solitaire. We’ve worked with thousands of buyers to help them navigate the home buying process and find the right financing for their home. So whether you’re purchasing a single wide or doublewide manufactured home, you can rest confident that you’ll be able to find the best financing for your needs.
Step 1: Fill Out The Financing App
Each applicant should fill out our financing app and make sure that they have the following available:
- Copy of the state Driver’s License for each applicant.
- Copy of the Social Security Card for each applicant.
- Payroll stubs for the last 30 days for each applicant.
- Tax returns for the last two years for each applicant.
- Bank statements for the last two months for each applicant.
This app is super simple and the first step toward home ownership. It gives us a clear understanding of where you stand financially so that we can help you get the best financing possible.
There Are Many Mobile Home Financing Options Available To You
First and foremost, cash is king. If you’ve been lucky enough to either come into money or save up enough to pay cash, then you can get the home of your dreams and walk away without a mortgage payment.
Chattel financing is another option that covers the cost of the home you’re purchasing but not the land. If you have been given land or have paid cash for land, then this is a great option for you. Your down payment will only be between 5% and 20% and is based on your credit score.
One fantastic option for financing is your local credit union or community bank. They tend to work with people directly and get to know you, so securing a loan can be a much smoother process. They’re also typically willing to work with Solitaire directly to save you time.
FHA loans are common loans that don’t have any special stipulations. They simply require a home to be in move in ready condition.
We’re here for you. Our team can help you find the right financing for your needs and walk you through the various options available to you in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. Our goal is to help families find their dream home, and while that might take time, it’s not impossible with Solitaire Homes.
