I loved the honesty and sincerity of Joe Hildreth, my salesman. I loved the fact that Chad Adams, the manager, went out of his way to contact me about concerns I had, and found a way to address them. I love the way they were willing to customize the home to our specific needs. I love the patience they showed during a trying and complicated circumstance. I love the fact that when he thought the deal he had worked so hard for might not go through, Joe gathered his emotions and still tried to look out for me. I can’t say enough about this place, they treat you like family, while at other competitors it was only about the sale. I love the fact that I was able to get a quality home at a good price. I’ve never bought a Mobile Home before and thought a solid built modular home was outside of our budget, but they found a way to make it work. I can’t say enough about the friendliness of this staff. The communication has always been really good as well.

Our 1970 year model, 460 SQ ft Elliott mobile home survived the eye of Hurricane Harvey on August, 25th 2017. We purchased the home in September 2016 from a neighbor, had it moved across the street to our property & had it leveled & tied down. We began cleaning & making some minor repairs to the home such as basic roof sealant, flashing, door lick, etc… We only use the home as a “getaway” from our main home in Elgin, TX & when we went down to holiday beach (just outside of Rockport, TX) we found only two windows broken by tree limbs & a minor dent in the roof from a tree limb. No other damage at all!!! Our neighbors both across the street & three houses down weren’t so lucky – totally lost a two-story site-built home & a newer mobile home was destroyed. Glad the home we have was so well built!!!

My Solitaire home was delivered in February of 2006. I was going to the Solitaire website to look up some information about it because we (my mom and I) had a tornado hit our property at 4am Saturday, April 30th. It flattened several exterior structures (storage building and a barn), but my home and my mom’s home (a double-wide Solitaire) survived! Thank you for building good homes!
